Damages & Issues


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at adara@starcloudslime.com so we can make it right.

 


 

Refunds (if applicable)


If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for processing, and note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
